I have emailed you every day for the past week and I have talked to one of your agents and she has told me that the phone and chechs have arrived but the phone I requested is and has never been offered. The replacement phone is now $ ** and she did not know the model or anything. I need a phone and with the same number. I am job hunting and you have stopped the whole process. I am dead in the water thanks to your customer service. I was also told I would be emailed but no. My email in case you have lost that two is *****@***.com Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you
