~Jacques W. VanVeen: This card is a refund for a RD subscription that I had for my Mother who died in January. It is certainly not a lot of money, but has become the "principle" now. WHAT is going on here? The young man on the phone told us to call the number on the back of the card...here we go again. I HATE cards like this. I wrote a check for it, what is wrong with writing ME a check? I wonder if our congressman needs to be informed about this...you know, we are not the first people who have struggled with these kind of refund cards. It's a LOUSY way to refund money to a GOOD customer. Help!!!!
