~gregory: IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. Regions contacted me to let me know my card was expiring (contrary to my exp date). When I redialed the number they couldn't figure out who called me. When I tried days later to look up the branch number, I realized you can't do that, you must talk to their robo-system about various other things and there's NO WAY that I can find to get connected to a real person. SO FRUSTRATING
