~AL: It a good tech idea but the customer service is so poor and actually intolerant of any comment that does not square with the Republic line. Real problems aredeleeted and the truth is hidden from anywho visits the site. U advise avoiding them until the "Communiyu" allows more open communication and the support team actually show an interest in customers as individuals. It's hard ro have good cusomer support when the customer support personnel don't like real people.

~AL: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AL: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Republic Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AL: For that I would say one out of five.
