~shortlady16: This company offers GREAT specials, BUT their Customer Service via email is absolutely terrible. I have emailed them on a few occasions regarding different issues and I get a prompt automated response NOT addressing the problem and no email response for a minimum of * to ** days. The gold when you call is always very long although the reps are usually able to resolve the issue. To avoid the aggravation, try and be sure what you are doing or be prepared to wait WAY TOO LONG to talk to a person.
