~sam rick ham: I ordered six refills on **********. All had at least one refill available, all scripts expired **********. RightSource said one script had no refills, even though it did. So, to get them moving I had my doctor's office send it, knowing RightSource would use it as an excuse to put my entire order on hold. A few days lated I received the one refill. But, my con tinous checking of the other five refills showed they weren't moving. Repeated calls to CS reps and FOUR supervisors continued, each person assuring me that despite the dwindling time left on my scripts, they stated since I submitted valid scripts, they would be filled.*Then on December **, my original order wasre placed with a brand new order, stating the were "reaching out" to my doctor for scripts! What a cheesy bunch of people to work with! So, I'm still waiting for them to get their act together. I called the office of the President of Humana, but they hide behind assistents. ~sam rick ham: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~sam rick ham: For that I would say three out of five.
