~RWest: RightSource is the worst medical drug plan that I have ever done business with. I submitted a prescription in August ****. They required pre-authorization before filling it. It was finally -authorized on December **, ****. The pre-authorization is good until **-**-**. I called Right Source to have this prescription filled on December **, ****. At first I was told that it would have go through the pre-authorization process again. After much discussion and a ** minute ordeal of explaining that it had been pre-authorized I was told that it would be filled. Then on January *, **** I got an automated call telling me that it had to pre-authorized. This time I spent ** minutes talking with both a Customer Care representative and a Right Source RX representative. No one could understand what was going on. Finally a resolution team representative pushed it through. They now say that it is being filled. However I can only believe maybe. Right Source is very difficult to communicate

~RWest: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~RWest: For that I would say five out of five.
