GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Rockauto customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MikeD: Customer support is good but some of RockAuto's merchandise is total garbage. Word of advice to anyone buying an A*C kit from them for a **** Ford Escape *.*L V*: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING GPD Branded, is total GARBAGE, Quality control ***** on this brand, almost nothing measured up to the standard, shapes and forms set by the OEM parts being replaced. I hope i can save someone or anyone a headache with this review. RockAuto is cool, just some of it products and brands they carry are total garbage, GPD being one of the offenders.*THat old saying you get what you pay for couldn't be anymore true. Shame on me, you buy the cheapest brand you will get by default the worse products, you betcha. Don't be a cheap skate like me, buy the best you can afford and you won't be sorry.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Rockauto. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Rockauto problem?
~MikeD: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MikeD: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rockauto's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MikeD: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Rockauto customers?
~MikeD: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Rockauto to know who you are.
