GetHuman-255234: Hello, the person I spoke with was Evan H. She was excellent. She assisted me every step of the way to retrieve money on a shark card. She helped me with the e mails and how to download a picture off of the play station. We were on the phone for about * hour. She was patient and very understanding. In the end we could not resolve the problem due to my pc not functioning correctly. She went above and beyond to her supervisor who was able to rectify a very frustrating situation. The people at rockstar should be very appreciative to have such a dedicated employee. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with *Thank you. Jayne Stephanie
