~K : Yeah. It was middle of the night, on November 15th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to SMEG, and if so, how?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's SMEG customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~K : Service times are diabolical. When you initially phone up they ask you what's wrong. The first time I said the water wasn't coming in... Which would indicate pump. Engineer came out with no parts had to order. Also said I could carry on to use machine, which obviously it couldn't! I had to wait further ** days for engineer to fit. **It had now gone wrong again, again told them that this time water comes in not pumping it around... So won't you think they would deduce the problem, again engineer came out without part and ordered it, I have today been told that again I have to wait another week to fit! So again another fortnight from phone call to mend .... Well hopefully!! *Won't be buying another based on service time!!!

~K : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~K : I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SMEG's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~K : For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other SMEG customers?
~K : Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SMEG to know who you are.
