GetHuman-172704: Is anyone in authority reviewing these complaints. The recording states that conversations are recorded for quality assurance. I have read the reviews for SafeLink wireless and am astounded at how real these issues are. I have always been inclined to think the best of everyone and to give the benefit of the doubt in all situations, however I am astounded at the quality of resolution to issues. I beleive that your customer service reps are doing what they can, however they seem to be so overwhelmed. I am a firm beleiver that quality performance begins and ends with management. Shame on you this is the most poorly managed company I have ever encountered. If I handled my responsibilities to my patients the way SafeLink does and took as long to respond to their needs, number *: I wouldn't have a job and number *: the majority of my patients wouldn't make it out of our facility alive.
