~BHDegnim: Please contact me via email (BHD*****@***.com). I need to return the defective phone and receive a new one. I have called Safelink several times since receiving my phone week of January *, ****. In addition, I never received my minutes for February or March. I cannot make or receive calls without being disconnected-each time it states "no service" or "this service*application not available". It keeps telling me I cannot make out of country calls, yet I have never dialed a number out of this country. I've only attempted to call numbers in area code *** and *** and each time, told this is not available to me.

~BHDegnim: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
