~angry customer: This guy was RUDE and would not give his name or give me to his boss. He told me he had no supervisor and could not give me his name or a reference number. When I questioned him, he told me that he would not risk his job because I was being difficult. So I clarified that he was telling me he had lied about not having a boss or a name so he would not lose his job and he said yes.
