~Sonya Porter: I cant believe that my father and I have the same phone and it has the same problems...it cuts on and off on its own and it overheats. He has had it rpaired or replaced three times and still has the same problem with no relief. And now Im told to send mines in for repair which takes *-** days and I have to pay for the repair or buy a new phone. Now I know why so many people has left the Samsung Galaxy and went with Iphones....You lost a faithful customer. i will no longer buy any samsung products!!!!!

~Sonya Porter: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sonya Porter: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sonya Porter: For that I would say one out of five.

~Sonya Porter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
