~Shona3038: I called in to have an order cancelled in which the rep. refused after waiting on hold for over ** minutes. I called back a second time still with an over ** minute hold and spoke with the same person I got the first time. I request to speak with a supervisor who refused to take my call and they still decided to ship this order to an incorrect address
