GetHuman-406852: Person who answered was polite but said to call another number for VCR, DVD player. Number given was *-***-***-****. Person who answered there was very polite and tried to be helpful. The VCR works fine but we were unable to get the DVD player to work. Person advised us to take our unit to a repair shop.
