~LCS: We had a promotion item and several other items. Our payments weren't split and nothing was going to the promotion item that had to be paid in a year. So we get a letter saying you owe this amount this month when we paid over $*,*** the past year and item was less than $***.** Bait and switch, they set you up so you have to make a big payment or pay the interest at the end of promotion term.They said we had to pay the other items first. WTF?? Never use Sears again! But thanks for the ******, got us a person to talk to.

~LCS: For that I would say two out of five.
