GetHuman-165359: Ordered an elliptical. They set it up incorrectly. I asked for the delivery people to fix it and they didn't. Told me to call Sears. I did, and they refused to come back for another * days or to refund the delivery fee. I paid EXTRA to have it delivered today (a weekend). Ridiculous customer service.
