~anonymous: Repeatedly stated they could not track my order, even though I gave them my order number. Stated they could not let me speak to a supervisor. Stated I needed a salescheck number to track my order. Stated they weren't allowed to tell me where they are located (sounded like they were from Phillippines). Told me a supervisor would call me back within * hours, but noone ever called back. All I wanted was to change delivery date.
