GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears Delivery customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~gmell46: apparently these comments are never read as I have the same complaints as buyers who entered their complaints *-* MONTHS AGO. Same problems - dishwasher*microwave not in warehouse so can't be delivered - but when they are available Sears only delivers to Warner NH on Saturday - since I'm not available the next Saturday and since it was THERE *****-UP, I suggested they deliver some other day - waiting to see that happen. Also waited **-** minutes for a Supervisor to come on the line - never did. After second call was told Supervisor would call me - NEVER DID. SUGGEST THIS ENTIRE DEPARTMENT BE FIRED AND REPLACED BY THOSE THAT HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT !!!!!
