~msc: I could only put ** minutes...but we actually left a message *) - took ** hrs to return our call, next message - said they'd call back in **, was again hours...*rd time...again...hours. Hard to understand the accents, last call implied WE had lied about calling them (despite our documentation), hours of service are horrible, then they either *)don't show up or *) call to say they will be later than scheduled *)"suddenly" become available when we call to say that is not acceptable. NEVER recommend them to anyone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~msc: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~msc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~msc: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~msc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
