~ijustdonotgetit: I purchased a microwave for my mom at Sears. It lasted * months, then blew up. Customer service told me I could get a store credit or refund. I went there, waited ** minutes for the * person working in electronics to be done with the previous customer. He talked to his manager, who was really snotty, and she said - no, we won't do anything for you. This is the Westland, MI. store. ** day electronic return policy. Do Not shop at Sears. Costco has an unlimited return policy. Target has a ** day return policy. Sears, is not a good place to shop. Period.
