~scott: hav washer agreement with sears.after * attempts to repair was told the cost to do last repair would be ****.** and would be able to replace cheaper.was told by tech they would call with authorization numbe within ** hours.after that didnt happened held for over * hours with replacement department only to be told i was still being processed and call * call back in * hours.was told supervisors do not take calls.been without washer for * weeks.sears has no understanding of customer service.
