~Mazhar: I purchased from select blinds few months back order went good and all was ok. Now one of the vane hooks is broken. I can't find similar hook or anything that I can fix it with. Have been trying to reach selectblinds.com via phone, email, phone messages etc. No support whatsoever. Don't buy if you think you will need customer service. Horrible experience.
