~unhappy customer: TERRIBLE customer service!**I asked to speak to a manager since so that I could get a shipping label to return the shades that I asked NOT to be sent to me but I was told that he was too busy to come to the phone to speak to me. I said that I would until he was available because I wanted to settle the issue and so that I could go to another online window coverings store since I was not happy w*selectblinds.com. Since it was black Friday the sales would end that evening so I wanted to take care of this right away. The manager never came to the phone. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life. They're attitude was NOT at all trying to keep a customer happy. It was the exact opposite. I have never written a negative review but because of such a horrible experience, I had to let others know. **Also the order form on website for the "cordless" section is misleading. It should only be cordless but apparently it still has to be selected to be cord
