GetHuman-192796: I ignored the prompts and was transferred within two minutes to a customer service rep who listened carefully to me and then transferred me to the Insurance Dept. I waited about * minutes until the rep picked up, but she helped me very quickly and was very polite doing so. It helped that I had every piece of information they might need right in front of me.
