~Mike: I was on hold for hours, finally got a new digital tv box, * weeks later after waiting the ** min. for it to upload it didnt work phoned shaw help line did every thing the recording said. Went on line and unable to access activation site. We have been shaw customers for years now have always paid our bills have H.D. tv and high speed internet. Is this how we are suposed to be treated?
