~cmkang: I called Sigma to pay with my credit card (because I received an email about my payment not going through when I ordered), the person who was talking to me was so rude. She asked me for my account number but I could not find it quick so I asked her if invoice number worked but she said no (BTW, how many people remember the account number for one company?). I don't why but she sounded upset from the beginning. I really don't like how you guys do business.
