GetHuman-178671: I attempted to port my number er to simple mobile on August ** the autherized dealer told me that it would be ported in ** to ** hours I called the customer service number on the ** after being put on hold for ** min someone picked up the phone up the phone to hang up on me not once or twice but several times now it is the **th of Aug. and all I want is my money back for the phone bought and service that I had never received.... This is bull
