~simply s cks: I started out with $** unlimited plus ***MB data. I added ***MB of data as I ran out of my data limit. I am thinking I am good up to ***MB of data usage within my plan. They interestingly denied given me total of ***MB, and stopped my data plan at ***MB. I spoke to at least * customer rep, and * supervisor. They are all so stupid that they cannot add all of the data I suppose to have. In short they ate up my money.

~simply s cks: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~simply s cks: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
