~Nederlands: I wrote to SM: "The connexions with all lines outside Holland are very bad. I only buy more credit if this improves. Answer: "be informed that SM offers service in the US only and cannot be used internationally. You may travel with your phone and receive service in the US." I tried to connect to *-***-***-**** at the right hours but after a few tries and too much money I found out that the box*window which I needed was closed! this *****.

~Nederlands: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nederlands: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Simple Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nederlands: For that I would say three out of five.
