~Rebecca: They are completely irresponsible when it comes to tracking and handling customer's billing information. It is no excuse if they use third party partners. They are selling a service to customers and are responsible to serve them. They were completely incapable of helping me in any way at all. Horrible, terrible, worse than low.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Simple Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Simple Mobile problem?
~Rebecca: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rebecca: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Simple Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rebecca: For that I would say three out of five.
