~Angry: They took my money too I made my payment on time then service was disconnected. The first time I called customer services, they said that the money was withdraw and then could not understand the reason why my line was disconnected, and they said to call back again. After the second call, they said that there was not enough money in my account and that was the reason why they discontinued my service. Even though I sent a copy of the statement of my bank account, they still denied the withdrawal. Last time I called, they don*€*t have customer service you can talk to about purchases made on line.*With simple mobile, you have to be careful with your credit card money. Finally, I am trying to find another source way to get my money back.

~Angry: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Angry: For that I would say two out of five.
