~Jenny: This number's wait time is a vast improvement over the *-***-*SINGER number where I waited for ** minutes only to be disconnected at *pm when their call center closed for the day. Today I tried the *-***-***-**** number and only waited * minutes, however I was not at all happy with the "help" I received. After explaining the issue with my brand new (just out of the box) machine ******€* the top thread kept breaking ******€* and almost ** minutes of no-brainer questions (is the bobbin threaded correctly, tension set correctly, etc) and with the thread still breaking the representative said to me "Now, don't go looking for trouble," and "You're being paranoid." Seriously? My brand new machine isn't working. I'm not looking for trouble, trouble is sitting right in front of me in what appears to be a sub-par or defective product.
