GetHuman-230981: Called previously in Sept to cancel internet radio. Sirius conveniently forgot to cancel and continued to bill me. Called again in Feb to REMIND them, still didn't. When asked for a credit for the past few months because I hadn't used it, they said didn't matter if I used it or not and that it was only $*.***month anyway. Well whats the big deal then?....it was your mistake, credit it. **I had decided not to renew the radio for my car which came due in March. Thank God I they didn't have my credit card. Rather than just cancelling for non-payment, they keep sending bills to me at $* each(since don't have auto-pay). These people are thieves. If I did have auto-pay they would have charged me * months in advance for my radio, and * months in advance for my wifes radio and oh yeah, my internet radio again.**Save your money use pandora for music & podcasts or internet streaming over *G for news

GetHuman-230981: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-230981: For that I would say three out of five.
