~seang: I opened a trouble ticket a month ago and it still hasn't been resolved. I bought a new car and they can't add it to my account with the XM NAV service that I want to pay for. Customer Service hung up on me * different times. No one know how to fix this issue or wants to argue with me about it.

~seang: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~seang: For that I would say five out of five.
