~Sean K: I recently purchased a home docking station for my Stratus five radio. Today after I went to set up the unit I discovered that the supplied power cord was not compatible with the docking station. I decided to give seriously call and inform them of this issue. I waited for around four minutes before the first agent come on the phone. This agent have a very very difficult time understanding that the issue was in the package material that I had received and not in my Stratus five radio incompatibility with the new unit I had ordered. This agents name I cannot remember but I'm sure it was fabricated anyway so that doesn't matter. After some slight confusion on the whole situation I was sent to the technical department to see if they could help me. The technical agents name was Jasmine. Jasmine was quite rude when basically insulting me, and insisting the fact that I didn't know I was talking about and that this probably all had something to do with my radio and what I ordered being the wro

~Sean K: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Sean K: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sean K: For that I would say one out of five.
