~Faith: we got to sonic daily and we arw so tried of how long it takes just to get a drink I like the ice tea and I go there daily but everyday it takes anywhere from ** to ** minutes and there is NO Other Customers what would take so long. I will be going some where else tried of waiting.

~Faith: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Faith: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sonic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Faith: For that I would say four out of five.
