~anonymous: Called and waited twice before leaving my number for them to call back. They called back two hours later- fine. Had simple question about syncing with Pandora that was met with condescension and being interrupted at almost every step. Their website boasts something like "ridiculous" amount of customer service. Ridiculous may be correct, but I may have also just gotten a otherwise nice person at the wrong time(?)

~anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sonos's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sonos to know who you are.
