~SNOWAK: repair, dispatch totally inept! Lost work orders, could not find the * different work order numbers we were given-why was it our responsibility to call back if we did not hear from them every hour? Npo record of any of our contacts. Failed to show for * separate repair dates. Customer service apologies when they don't even know what is going on, but guarantees their statements for the next service date&time will be fullfilled but IT NEVER HAPPENS!!!!!
