GetHuman-172235: The worst customer service I have ever delt with. No one could help me and would transfer mr to a "specialist" but I would be on hold for **min before I hung up. I tried again with the same results. I renewed my subscription and ordered a gift subscription from my renewal notice that I received in the mail. My renewal was **.** and the gift was **.**. I sent a check for **.** on dec. **,****. Two days later my magazine came and there was an insert in it for * for * at $**.**. I want to know why I wasn't offered the same deal in my renewal since I have been a scriber for years. I got so aggravated with your cust service reps that I just canceled everything. I will start reading another magazine. They didn' want to help solve the problem, just pass it on to someone else. But there was never " someone else" to simply answer the phone. I have enjoyed the magazine so much , that is why I wanted to give it to my daughter as a birthday present.
