GetHuman-105585: I work for an optical and have had terrible customer service. I usually get someone from India whom I can barely understand. I request to speak to a native English speakers. The lab takes forever to get you the glasses and heaven help you if they got it wrong. Any other vision insurance is better than specterrorable.
