~flying high: Had a pretty simple question that I couldn't find the answer to on the website. Called. Got India. Guy had such a thick accent and he could not understand my question. He kept answering questions that I did not ask, altho since I couldn't understand him, who knows what he was really saying. Completely worthless since I am American.

~flying high: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~flying high: For that I would say two out of five.
