~No Customer Service: Yes. It was evening, on November 8th.

~No Customer Service: I booked reservations on Spirit Airlines and recvd an email confirmation. I noticed on my reservation that I had made an error and called back within * hour of my confirmation. I was on the phone over ** minutes and spoke to * service reps. The first one said he would transfer me to someone who could HELP. The rep - Jesse - who took the transfer could not assist. After over ** minutes going back and forth she referred me to her supervisor. However the supervisor was unavailable. They asked me to call back in ** minutes to see if they would be available then. I asked if they could call me back and Jesse advised yes and took all my info and said they would call by **pm that day. No one called. I called at noon the next day and got the exact same situation - no willing to help and a supervisor was unavaialable again and I would have to call back in *o minutes again. Once again I asked if they could call me and they agreed. Still no call backs. I am simply looking for a refund

~No Customer Service: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~No Customer Service: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~No Customer Service: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Spirit Air customers?
~No Customer Service: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Spirit Air to know who you are.
