~Fred Parodi: I tried several numbers and never got a person only recordings Wrote a letter to the office in Florida a woman wrote back appologizing said she was waiting to hear from me..I wroe back several time to her and never got a reply from her or anyone else gave her * phone numbers still waiting since May **th.getting ready to call it quits with Spirit
