GetHuman-18232: SPOKE TO * DIFFERENT AGENTS ABOUT FLIGHT DELAY AND THEY HAD NOTHING TO OFFER BUT FULL REFUND ON FLIGHT OR TAKE NEXT PLANE TOMORROW. THIS COULDN'T HELP MY DGHTR AND GRAND DAUGHTER WHEN THEY HAD A * HR DELAY. THEIR FLIGHT CAME IN AT *:** A.M. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE COME IN AT *:**P.M. WE COULDN'T PICK THEM UP AT THAT TIME BECAUSE OF OUR AGE. PUT US ON THE SPOT WITH THEIR RETURN HOME. THE NEXT DAY FLIGHT WAS AT *:**P.M. AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR A ROOM. WE ALWAYS USE SPIRIT BUT WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE AIRLINES. HATE THE BAGGAGE FEE CHANGES TOO. THEY STINK
