GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Spirit Air customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-183506: Spirit overbook our flight. We were given vouchers. When we first called to use the vouchers we were told it was to early to make the reservations* call back first of August. When we called to use the vouchers at this time there were no flights available even though they have four departing times on the web site. We tried several different dates and were told no flights were available. The free voucher system is a scam. They only save two seats per flight. This airline is awful. When we talked with Julian Xavier from Spirit he said that Spirit would get back with us in ** hours. Well guess what???? Still waiting!
