~steve: The agent was polite - My inquiry was two fold* how to use my spirit miles to reach a destination in colombia from Denver - ANSWER need to tickets Den-Ft Laud and return and Ft Laud, Cartagena and return, guess what * fees and you might not be able to get the two tickets -- I also asked about an earlier complaint i sent in by email - he said thats no good, have to fill out a form - explaining why customer service agents in Ft. Laud delayed me, thus causing me to miss my flight - they were in customs moving other people to the front of the customs clearing to fill planes leaving to New York and Orlando...no wonder this airline has the lowest industry rating
