~marty rizzo: never reached a person. called and went through * different prompts to get to the Hold line..... sat on hold and read all your bad reviews to pass the time as I waited...only to find they were true. I am writing this as I wait. Sad customer service. You do not appreciate my time or patience as your recording says. call me Marty Rizzo ***-***-****
