~Lax Mom: Their return policy is not customer friendly. My son wanted to exchange a Christmas gift and they charged a restocking fee. We sent the item back in the original packaging and unused. They said there was a rip in the packaging. Now he doesn't have enough credit for an even exchange. It's their "policy" and there was no way to "elevate" the problem.
